The whole property was remodeled and renovated in the 90´s with the aim of creating a classic Andalusian country house. Massive walls, high rooms; the sensible positioning the windows with massive wooden folding shutters allow you to live in the hot months without air conditioning.
The finca has two deep wells registered and approved by the authorities , from which the plantation, pool and building are supplied. Some distance from the villa is the small house of our Casero , who (for 30 years) has been involved in the plantation and the maintenance of the house and garden. He also takes care of the harvest workers and delivers the olives to our cooperative, which markets the harvest without any problems .
Adjacent to the lawn is a fenced tennis court close to the Casero´s house, warehouse and garage. A little further away there is the old horse stable; wide sandy Riding trails (Veredas = 20m wide shepherd trails) are directly accessible.
200m of driveway from the gate to the villa and 300m of dirt road lead to the country road, via which after 2km you will find the place with all the necessary facilities and via the new highway you can quickly reach the old town jewels of Carmona or Seville with the noble palaces and magnificent churches of the past.
We are selling the finca after 40 wonderful years - solely for reasons of age.
