The Villa Ibiza was owner built with a dedication which is evident in

build Villa Ibiza to the highest European standards with -German Building
Management- undertaking the construction while Marlena Basler did the

located on the upper floor. French doors lead to a wide balcony and
custom-built barbecue, under a natural wood Pergola. This vantage-point
with its 180 degree views is the place to gather for sun-downers, to watch
natures daily -magical theatre- as the African sun sets amid the sights and
sounds of an abundant bird life, from Flamingos, Cormorants, Terns and many

all with doors of natural wood. Additional out buildings consists of
well-appointed staff accommodation with its own separate entrance.
Design ideals were also realised with the layout of perfectly placed
patios, a sparkling splash pool for those hot balmy days within the setting
of a lush, established garden. Attention to detail has been carried through
to the exterior finishings with water from the rain gutters flowing into
and away in underground channels. At night integrated light fittings
illuminate and enchant the garden and water feature as well as the covered
entrance to the Villa. The owners have also installed additional electrical

St Francis Bay is situated 90 km west of Port Elizabeth, South Africa´s
third largest port, which also features a large airport servicing all major
South African cities. The Portuguese navigator Manuel Pestrello named St
Francis Bay in 1575 in honour of the patron saint of sailors. From Cape St. Francis in the west to Cape Receife in the east, the bay is 100 kilometres with sandy beaches curving smoothly between the capes.
Today approximately half of the village of St Francis is constructed around the largest man-made web of canals and waterways in Africa giving the town a picturesque and cosmopolitan feel. St Francis has its own small aircraft
landing strip that is convenient for flying enthusiasts. A magnificent golf
course offers an exciting challenge and competition. Adjacent to St Francis
Bay is the rustic fishing village of Cape St Francis with its beautiful
