... this three bedroom, two bathroom property has a beautiful enclosed garden with a balcony and lemon, orange, apple, pear and olive trees. The property consists of two floors. ➤ On the first floor, which is accessible from the entrance gate, there is a living room, a small bathroom with shower, washbasin, toilet and bidet, a kitchen and two bedrooms, one of which has an incredible mountain view. ➤ Access to the lower floor of the property is via a few steps from the gate, where there is a barn-style door leading to a tiled living space or a third bedroom, which can be used as a bed or storage space with the help of a curtain. The rest of the loja is open and large enough for a sleeping area (3m x 2.8m) and a living area (3.28m x 2.7m) ➤ The garden is approx. 16m x 6m and is accessed via a staircase from the house. The large gate at the end can be used for a small car. The tarmac road is well lit and drained and leads up to this part of the village. It is not a through road and is only used by residents or visitors to the village. The energy certificate for this property is D rated. There is gas hot water and electricity for cooking. ➤ Just a 5 minute drive down the road in Folques there is a modern garden cafe with a pool with fresh river water, open from April to October.
