Can be equipped either with 2 bunk beds or two single beds, or double bed. The layout in the guest house: kitchenette about 8.05sqm. Bedroom about 7,75sqm with a double bed. The bathroom is about 6,75sqm with shower, bidet, toilet and window. There is also an adjoining room of about 6sqm, which is currently used only for storage. The terrace has about 40sqm, of which 20sqm are covered. There is also a barbecue, an outdoor kitchen and a washing machine. There is enough space to hang the laundry. Outdoor shower also available. Most of the floors are covered with high quality red-brown ceramic tiles from Portugal. Parquet flooring has been installed in two bedrooms. Solar water heating systems are installed on both houses. The walls of the living room-kitchen and also in the wine cellar were covered with hand-painted azulejos. The ceilings of the living room-kitchen and the guest house are open with visible roof trusses in natural wood. Bedrooms and bathrooms also have wooden ceilings and are about 2.30m high. The furniture is mostly handmade of heavy solid oak. The house has about 60 cm thick exterior walls of natural stone, plastered. The doors and windows are aluminum and single glazed. Heating is not common here. The roof was newly covered with "monk and nun" in ceramic tiles. It was insulated and overhauled in November 2012.
