It can be reached via a very steep 2.5 km mule track, which can be covered y a small off-road vehicle - included in the price - in 15 minutes, or on foot in 45 minutes. As it is not easily accessible, strong motivation is required. It is partially to be restored. The new roof tiles are already on site. Currently it is composed in the inhabited part, on the ground floor, by a large living room / kitchen, a bedroom, a central corridor, a bathroom, a large pantry. Above there is a large attic room of almost 50 square meters with an average height of 4.10m. In the basement there are two storage rooms with a height of 2.85m. There is a project already authorized in 2019 for restructuring and enlargement as a farm, for a total of over 300 square meters excluding terraces, with 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, walk-in closet, kitchen, cold room, two pantries, two large rooms (laboratory and warehouse), one of which is 3.70m high, and two basement storage rooms.
