There is also a rear staircase leading directly to the terrace on the second floor. The newly constructed insulated chimney offers the possibility of a fireplace for solid fuels (fireplace, tiled stove, etc.) To the side of the terrace, a separate structure was built in natural stone as a summer kitchen/barbecue house. Here there is a tiled worktop with sink, an outdoor gas barbecue and an open fireplace barbecue. Under the building there is a cellar room with outside access. Here there is a private well, the heating and hot water supply as well as the solar station. There is also an outbuilding made of natural stone as a hobby workshop on the property and another small open storage shed next to it.
