The hotel is located on the island of Čiovo. The island Čiovo is connected with a 150 meters long bridge to the old town of Trogir which is also the distance from our hotel to the old town.
Hotel consists of a ground floor, reception area, toilets, bar area, kitchen and dining room (99,50 m2) + front terrace on one side and the Pub area 49,50 m2 (bar and sitting area) + back garden terrace 25 m2, on the other side of the corridor, second floor and third floor.
The first floor is different owner, but option for purchase is not excluded.
