As you climb, you already have a first impression of the beauty of the view of the sea and, laterally, of the maquis. -From the small landing at the top of the stairs you enter the spacious living room, which, in addition to air conditioning, has corner fireplace, 1 sofa, 2 armchairs, 2 stools, 3 coffee tables and built-in furniture with folding dining table. The open kitchen is fully equipped with built-in and wall cabinets, black granite countertop, glass-ceramic hob, large refrigerator with freezer, microwave oven with grill, dishwasher and washing machine (hidden in a cabinet). -The covered terrace (12 mq) is entered from the living room through a sliding window. It is fully furnished with oval table, 6 chairs, broom cupboard and awnings. The balcony offers a breathtaking 180° panoramic view of the sea and the offshore islands: the archipelago of Murter on the left, the islands of Vrgada and Arta directly opposite, the island of Pašman on the right and in the background the unique islands of the National Park Kornati. In the evening, the scene changes color: namely, at sunset you will experience a fabulous nature show that nuances the water and sky in a thousand shades of red. -On the other side of the living room there is the sleeping area, which consists of a hallway, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The air conditioning of the night area is located in the hallway, which is furnished with coat hooks and wall mirror. -The double bedroom, in white and silver shades, is furnished with a comfortable king size double bed (180x200), 2 bedside tables and large wardrobe with sliding doors. -The second bedroom, in shades of orange, has a spacious bridge closet, a shelf / nightstand and two single beds (80x190). Since the 2 beds have the same height, it may be possible to combine them into a double bed. From both rooms you can enjoy panoramic views of the maquis and the sea. -The bathroom of the apartment has windows, built-in furniture with large mirror, laundry basket and complete sanitary equipment including sink, toilet, bidet, rectangular shower with crystal shower enclosure. The floor is tiled in red, the walls are white with red decor. The furniture is also white with red handles and borders. An internal wooden staircase leads from the living room to the attic, which is lower than the apartment but very romantic. It consists of a large room and a bathroom with a variable height between 2.10 meters in the middle and about 1 meter in the lowest point. The attic, an "open space" in white-brown tones, is divided into five zones: -The first and largest zone is the sleeping area with satellite TV, bookshelf, a choice of a double bed or two single beds and windows overlooking the sea and the maquis. -The second zone is equipped with closets and desk. -The third is a relax zone with a small sofa and seat cushions. -The fourth and lowest zone is furnished with wardrobes for the house linen. There is also a small safe here. -The fifth zone is a storage room for suitcases. -The attic bathroom, in the same white-brown tones of the whole open-space, has a skylight, a built-in mirror cabinet, additional linen closets and complete sanitary equipment including bidet and rectangular shower with crystal shower stall. On the ground floor is the house garage (with remote control)and a private parking space (19,20 m2) belongs to the property. The village of Drage - morphologically a headland extending from the coastal road into the Adriatic Sea - is divided into three zones: -The first, coming from the north, is the older seaside resort with a campsite, tennis courts, a few restaurants, two beaches and the newly built Marina Dugovacke. - The second, the original village of Drage, develops not by the sea but along the coastal road, the so-called "Jadranska Magistrala". Here there are several restaurants, a hotel, various grocery stores, the church and the soccer field. - The third zone is the newest residential area Doloska Drage. Dolaška Drage is a small coastal village situated on a picturesque pine bay on the more southern side of the headland. It is immersed in an immaculate natural landscape with a particularly clean sea. In fact, thanks to the ever-present gentle current, the water here is always crystal clear; a paradise for surfers, sailors and divers.
