All three rooms, as well as the kitchen, have large windows (plastic, with shutters), so that the apartment is bright throughout the day. From the hallway, the security door leads into a spacious entrance hall. From here you have access to all the separate rooms: three rooms of different sizes (the largest has a built-in balcony), a bathroom with bathtub, a separate toilet and the kitchen. The house is heated by district heating, cooled in summer by air conditioning in the living room, and water and electricity are billed individually.
