Due to the different climatic zones of the finca, the vegetation is very varied and original. On the finca, there is a large avocado plantation throughout from the upper part to almost all the way down, divided into terraces, which includes about 1,000 trees. These include the oldest and largest avocado trees on the entire island. Since the finca has its own source for watering and drinking water, irrigation of the plantations is provided. It flows about 15 liters per minute, even on summer days. Northern European, as well as tropical fruits can be cultivated here. Everything between apple and gooseberry and mango and banana thrives on this finca and a lot is already planted. Hiking routes, such as the well-known and island-spanning royal path GR 130 cross the finca or are very close.
