Gardening utensils can be stored in the small tool shed. On the upper floor, which is reached by an external staircase, there is a beautiful view of the mountains and of the huge trees where numerous animals cavort. Here is the second bathroom and the two bedrooms. The balcony is wonderfully large, so could accommodate a gym, lounge couch, hammocks or other things for leisure. The roof, made of fiberglass material, is not only soundproof because of the rain, but also generously covers the entire house, so even in the rainy season the balcony can be used 100%. Behind one of the bedrooms there is an open space that can be used as an outdoor kitchen or storage room. Two bedroom accommodations are especially popular for rentals here locally. The communities are constantly growing and enjoying increasing foreign guests who stay here for a few weeks or months. There are two quality supermarkets that offer a huge range of products. From Dominical to Ojochal, you will find excellent restaurants that are among the best cuisines in the country. The Pacific South Coast is also considered the Courmet cuisine of Costa Rica! Many hotels, from mid-range to high-end, line the coastline, offering not only magnificent views of the Pacific Ocean, but also breathtaking sunsets. It's worth enjoying a cocktail in the bar and watching the sun set into the ocean. Location : It's a short walk to many restaurants and grocery stores. The main entrance to the Bahia Ballena National Park, where whale and dolphin tours by boat are offered, is only a 7 minute walk away, making the property particularly attractive for rentals. The nature around the property is breathtakingly green. Many species of birds, such as red macaws (parrots), green lorises in huge flocks, vultures, buzzards, herons, toucans and many other species, can be observed from the terrace.
