The garden has many established trees, including cherries, mulberries, plumbs, grapes, quinces, pears, apples and walnuts, which produce abundant fruits and nuts. The greenhouse and vegetable gardens benefit from an automated irrigation system in 4 zones, through a control panel in the greenhouse. Beautiful Tavern (covered outside the dining area) with barbecue and 2 large wooden picnic tables allows dining for 10+ with wonderful views and shade. The large sun terrace provides a private sunbathing area and stunning mountain views. Water and electricity are installed, ready to add to the pool. Also golf tennis is designed for the movement of your life! Infrastructure: The electrical system has been modernized and the fully integrated water supply supplies fresh mountain spring water along with a 40-meter borehole and a multi-pump system. The system is fully automated with a control panel that senses when the 8,000-liter tank requires refilling. The system provides a constant supply of spring water and delivers powerful showers even after long periods without rain. Both the drilling pump and the home supply pump are still under warranty. The system is complemented by automated irrigation for greenhouses and vegetable gardens. Garage: A large garage allows parking a high 4x4 vehicle and has a large storage area on top. Workshop: The property also benefits from a specially built workshop and wood shop. There is enough storage space for 20 tons of firewood, tools and equipment along with a very significant additional attic space. Shop: In the back of the property there is a warehouse for storage of food and beverages, an additional freezer and a control panel for the drilling pump system. Village: The village is quiet and scattered and takes advantage of the recently paved access road. Additional roads are planned to allow vehicles to access the tourist attraction, the Devil´s Bridge and the nearby town of Ardino.
