land The site has a total area of approximately 95 hectares and consists of three adjacent plots:
Plot No 1 with an area of 55.5 ha, (partly developed, with lake and the following buildings: hotel, stables, house, garage),
Plot No 2 with an area of 32 ha, (aforestation area),
Plot No 3 with an area of 7 ha.(arable crops, some aforestation).
