A room has a fire-place arrangement, with this one can heat the hall and one or two other rooms with (fire-place and warm air arrangement). The rooms have Holzdielung or brick grounds. This house was used around the turn of the century to there in the 90s as a farmer's house.
The OG, how already mentioned, possesses a unique timber construction / wood constructions. Architekten/Designer/Bausachverständige are impressed deeply about this masterly achievement of the architecture. Partly as wooden round arches studied and on supports intercepted constructions can be admired here. The OG is trained as a space(area) from approx. 220m2 and to reach about an outside staircase. Also here the stair arrangement with approx. 4 m x 4 m input steel and glass construction is trained.
At present house 3 is used as a garage. The base amounts approx. 180m2, the whole effective area amounts approx. 360m2. The object is part-built.
The use of a construction plot is available for the other development of the property.
