Masia Can Llach - a gem in the Costa Brava

Masia with 1000m2 floor space, surrounded by an idyllic landscape and 298 hectares of property in the midst of the Costa Brava. It is its own hunting zone.

The access road is a small asphalted street. The location is a privileged area in the Costa Brava (the gold triangle). A fence surrounds the entire Finca (more than 15 kms long) and the property is opened up with more than 70 kms of country roads. Here we find forest, agricultural cultivation, fruit-trees, flora and fauna.

This Masia was built in the 12th century and has been completely restored. Original aspects of the house were reproduced expertly including the floors, ceilings, details, etc. It is completely furnished with valuable antiques.

Gas central heating, telephone, water and electricity exist. A hunting lodge could be built here with a pertinent interior. The property has its own water springs and could even be used as a helicopter landing field. There are 3 separately standing ruins to be developed.
