| The vicarage is a late rococo arrangement from the year 1776. The brick-work is on a quarrystone foundation. The wall strength amounts to 1.25 m in the cellar and ground floor and in the upper floor 0.85 m.
The house has a half vault cellar. The ceiling heights are 3.25 m, making a lot of room. The rooms have stuccoed ceilings or Bohemian vault ceilings. The floors are 24 mms of oak rod parquet in fish grate form and in the halls and the kitchen they are from plates. The roof framework has a double roof with a doubled Andrew's Cross.
It is nailed to the wood completely and the beams have a strength of 32 x 56 cm and are in condition.
The property is in great condition. Because of the renovations and modernizations from the years 1965 to 1970, it also corresponds to current living standards.
Preserving the original building was very important during renovations. It oil heating with 20.000 ltrs. An underground tank was installed and in 1988 a new boiler was installed.
The water supply is with the property's own deep well with 84-m depth, as well as 5 springs. The property is also connected to the public water supply.
The waste water is a cesspit, and a connection to the central waste water sewerage also exists. The electric installations were renewed completely and were brought to standards.
All buildings are connected to a lightning protection arrangement.
All pipes and connections facilitate future development, even in the attic. The radiators in the whole house are equipped with thermostats. For the transition period a tiled stove was installed in the office in the ground floor. In the living room in the ground floor, as well as in the salon in the upper floor are open fireplaces. These fireplaces are made from Untersberger marble and come from the castle Nymphenburg. They create a very comfortable atmosphere.
All windows have double glazing with marble windowsills. Outside granite windowsills are still covered with copper.
In the middle of every side is an exit. On the church side the exit is on the ground level and is wheelchair accessible.
A big terrace with access to the garden is next to the living room. |
