In the first upper floor there is an open seat with a fantastic view of Saint Andreasberg as far as Hans Kühne castle in the west and the bell tower in the south. You can enjoy the sunset here daily. The former small hotel was altered to become 13 condos. It has been consistenly renovated and modernized. All apartments were renovated completely in 1981 (inner walls, ceilings, floors, windows, sanitation, heating, balconies and staircase).
