| The beautiful house is situated in a well-known French holiday region.
The restaurant, which was started 6 years ago, has been well established and was also included in the Guide de Routard.
It seats approximately 25 guests, the terrace (to be used from springtime on) has room for 30 more persons. The restaurant offers an open kitchen, a new gas stove, a professional dishwasher and several refrigerators. There is no competition within a radius of 17 km.
Above the restaurant, there are two habitable floors (one for renovation) and a convertible attic. One floor is renovated and offers two rooms and bathroom and a toilette. Guest rooms could be fitted out with good chances to succeed, as accommodation is rare in the Vabre region.

The house also disposes a cellar, which is presently being used as a storeroom for wine and wood. Electricity and water supply exist on the upper floors, but there is no heating system yet. The beautiful front of the house was renovated in 1999 only.
The vicinity of the nature reserve Haut Languedoc, the Sidobre region (an exceptional granite landscape) as well as several lakes (fishing) and hiking regions are a few of the many attractions for tourists.
The village people are very friendly and open-minded.
The purchase price comprises the restaurant (including furniture), existing stocks, the licence and the residential building.
No proof of qualification is necessary to run the restaurant; the present owners have also agreed to help during the settling-in period. |
