| condition | The buildings are structurally sound and the Château has been recently partly restored and can be moved into immediately. The electricity is new on the second and third floors as is most decoration except for the large entrance hall which needs redecoration. The sanitation ware is mostly new but needs finishing with tiling, only 2 bathrooms need complete replacing; it is easy to create the children’s bathrooms. The wooden shutters and the simple glazed windows outside need some attention in terms of painting. Oil fired central heating system on the ground and first floor, electric heating on the second and third floor. All floors are original; almost all rooms have a fireplace, high ceilings everywhere, wooden panelling on the ground floor, lovely towers.
The Château needs very little effort to get it entirely finished, but then you will have the style, colours and tiles of your choice.
