The large living room and dining room has 50 square meters and a fireplace, SAT TV with radio, CD Player and cassette deck. The living room is fitted out with valuable furniture, with, for example, an antique dining area and chandelier, pleasant couches (2 x 3-seats), old chests of drawers, big candle stands, etc.
From here there is a beautiful view of the pool (which is illuminated in the evening) (10 x 5 m) as far as the sea and the other side has a view of the small Spanish village.
The second living room has a small inner court. The big swimming pool is for your own exclusive use. Towels and bed linens exist.
In winter the house is heated by under-floor heating.
