| Beautiful semi-detached house in the bay of Pollenca
This beautiful semi-detached house was established approx. eight years ago and looks to this day as again.
The house was maintained very much and now was painted everything again.
The beautiful house belongs to a small external housing estate directly by the sea in the bay of Pollenca.
This preferred, definitely quiet and desired residential area still belongs to the municipality Alcudia.
These are only approx. 1,5 kms in the oldest part of the town of Alcudia!
The house has three floors with a whole floor space of approx. 185 square meters.
In the ground floor the hall, a kitchen with modern unit furniture, a WC, the stair stairway is near the big double garage to the high floor and the broadminded living food room with his(its) enormous Glasterrassentüre.

The previous house-owners are of the opinion that by the good isolation no complete heating is necessary.
The warm-water supply takes place about a gas boiler.
About Alcudia I need I believe in not to writing, because selbiger place belongs to one of the most famous and favorite places of the island.
Shopping possibilities and medical care are simply a great.
The connection with the airport is developed very well, partly highway.
