This apartment was built on the border of Sta. Margalida in the northern part of Mallorca.
Sta. Margalida is the capital of Can Picafort and Son Serra de Marina in the bay of Alcudia.
The bay of Alcudia is one of the most popular destinations on Mallorca and has the longest coherent sandy beach of the island.
Sta. Margalida is one of few places on the island where the Mallorquians have still retained their old traditions. However, they welcome newcomers to experience their traditions.

The house itself is a three-family house with three floors. It was built approx. two years ago.

It is only a few minutes by car to the natural beach of Son Serra de Marina or to Can Picafort.
The beach of Muro, with the dunes standing under nature protection, is also easily attainable.
There are beautiful footpaths all around Sta. Margalida.
To Inca, the "leather city", with its new modern hospital, is only approx. 12 kilometers.
In this state hospital there are plenty of interpreters.
To the airport it is only a half an hour by car. Bus connections to the cities of Inca and Palma also exist.
In Muro there is also a private, modern hospital. The medical care is outstanding in this region. |
