This delightful property is between Inca and Llubi. By highway it is only approx. one kilometer to Llubi from the railroad stop.
It is an oasis of the peace and beauty. The house was established approx. 10 years ago by a mallorcan artist who paid a lot of attention to detail.
The doors are from a beautiful antique wood with extra height. They were designed to give the rooms their own gorgeous character.

As soon as you enter the house, you find yourself in a big mediteranen entrance area.
On the left hand is a hall leading to the big kitchen with the most modern appliances and a fitted kitchen with a storeroom. From here there is access to a covered terrace with open fire-place.
Straight ahead you can reach the salon with its big terrace doors and the open fire-place.
There is also a delightful view of the grain fields, the garden and the pool.
On the left hand side is a hall leading to three dormitories and the big modern bathroom.
Another hall leads to a covered terrace and to the shady parking spaces.
To the left of the main house there are assorted rooms which are partly used as a tool sheds or something similar. Here a spacious apartment with bathroom also exists.
The conclusion of the house forms a big barbecue suite with extra large sliding windows which with aluminum frames.
The roof consists of a pitched roof with very good insulation.
The house is fitted out with a gas central heating and air-conditioning.
The water supply is guaranteed by the property's fountain. Electricity and telephone connections exist.
This beautiful oasis is approx. 4 kilometers from Llubi and only a few kilometers to the town border of Inca. Here you can find the modern hospital in Inca. There is also a highway entrance in Inca to Palma.
This means that the medical care and the traffic accessibility is very good.
To the airport it is only approx. 30 minutes. Shopping possibilities are available in Inca as well as a shopping center. |
