This beautiful Mallorcan Finca is in the heart of the island of Mallorca.

In the midst of the paradise is this beautiful property! It is not far from Sencelles, a small town in the middle of the island.
The region around Sencelles is well-known with wine connoisseurs and epicures.
The town has survived in its natural state and still lives according to its old traditions.
This Finca has been altered lovingly by the previous owners with a lot of attention paid to detail. Its traditional design was maintained.
It has thus become a beautiful mallorcan home.
The Finca is decorated with natural stones and therefore fits gorgeously into the rural nature.
The roof is split: half of the main building has an enormous tanning terrace with a beautiful view of the island.
The second half of the roof is island-typical and can be used as changing room or storeroom.
The main house has a covered terrace and is good for providing shade in the warm season.
One enters into the house through the salon.
This room is fitted out beautifully with an open fire-place.
Here there are also the dormitories and bathrooms. In more detail: a suite, as well as a bedroom with its own bathroom.
Through an arched door in the salon one can reach the hall. From here there is a bathroom and three other dormitories.
There is also a mallorcan building with a Barbecue area, fire-place and grill, as well as its own toilet.
Another building exists that can be used as a summer-house with storeroom.
The catch is naturally the pool, which was not established exactly on ground level, so no dirt can be blown into the water. The pool size is 6 x 9 meters.
Of course the pool is fitted out with all required technology.
A garage for two vehicles is established as an independent building and is inconspicuous in the entrance area.
This gorgeous Finca is attainable over a small asphalted path from the town. The almond plantations and other Fincas surround the object. The gate opens by electric remote controls.
There is plenty of water. One fountain already exists and a connection to the public water is possible. The waste water is disposed of with a septic tank system.
Current and telephone connections exist of course.
The property is very tasteful and is typically mediterranean with a lot of palm trees and other island plants, which can be seen in the pictures.
The traffic accessibility to the airport is very good and can be reached in approx. 20 minutes.
To Palma and the Manacor airport of Palma it is only a short distance by highway.
The higway is only a few minutes away.
The shopping center in Inca is also not far away.
Therefore the medical care is also very good. In Inca there is a recently opened modern state hospital.
Groceries can be purchased in the local shops. Here there is even a baker who still bakes her bread in a traditional wooden stove. |
