Mallorcan villa in the country with a panoramic sea view. This beautiful and lovingly cultivated villa is on the north part of the island of Mallorca in the bay of Alcudia. The bay of Alcudia has the longest coherent sandy beach on the island and is one of the most popular destinations. The view from the high sunroof in the first upper floor is breathtaking. From the highway, there is an asphalted country road that is surrounded by fields and other villas, which leads to the property. In just a few minutes by car or bicycle, you can reach Can Picafort to go shopping or reach the beach, the Platja de Muro, with its natural protected dunes. The new golf course of Muro is going to be built very nearby. To Muro it is only a few kilometers. Here a weekly farmer's market is held.
