You can find peace and inspiration in the countryside. Away from the stress - this farm will provide you with peace, inspiration and a new life experience. This former farm has approx. 25.000 square meters of land. An annex also belongs to the main house with two apartments that were established for holiday renting. The fire-place was altered to be used as a stove, however it can be restored without much effort to an open fire-place. Through the living room one also gets to the rear terrace which was built with natural stones. There is another room from the living area that is currently furnished as a washhouse. Another door leads to the terrace. A stair leads from the living room to the upper floor. From the front door one can access a WC with shower. On the left of the shower is an unused area with open fire-place. One can convert this space easily to be a smoking room or study. On the left is a door going off to the stair to the first upper floor. Here a small room exists which is currently being used as a multi-purpose room. Upstairs, there is a bright hall. The first room is a small area with living room furniture which belongs to a suite. The bedroom is split into a dormitory and extra wardrobe space. From the bedroom window there is a beautiful view of the city of Manacor with its beautiful big church which is only approx. one kilometer away. From the wardrobe, you can enter a modern, furnished guest room. From the hall there is another guest room, a toilet, an enormous bathroom with bath tub and the big bright bedroom with built-in closets. In the ground floor are still rooms which can be developed as one or two apartments. At the moment these rooms are not being used. Both apartments currently serve as holiday apartments and are accommodated in an extra building. One apartment is provided with two dormitories, both with bathroom, stove heating and open kitchen. The apartments are separated from the main house by a wall with hedges and have their own own big sunning terrace. The whole property is fenced in, partly with a natural stone wall, partly with normal wire fence. The traffic accessibility is very good. You can access the major highway to Manacor from a small country road. Besides, you drive by beautiful fields and meadows. To the airport it is approx. 25 minutes over the well developed highway from Manacor to Palma. To the sea it is approx. 10 or 15 minutes by car. The medical care could not be better, because Manacor has its own big state hospital. Many private doctors from all nations have settled down in the city of Manacor. The city of Manacor has its own racecourse and is the second largest city of the island. All imaginable shops and services exist in the city. There is also a beautiful weekly market with fresh fruits and vegetables. Also, do not forget the many bars and restaurants, whose prices and quality have not yet been spoiled by tourism. Here, you can really experience Mallorca!
