Can Picafort is one of the most popular family vacationing destinations in northern Mallorca, in the midst of the bay of Alcudia. Here you find the longest coherent sandy bay directly before the house door. Approx. 16 kilometers of fine-grained sandy beach is available only 40 meters from your house! 40 meters - and you are directly on the beach. When standing on the beach, you can see the mountains of Arta to the right, the mountains of Alcudia to the right and in the background, the Tramuntana mountains. This is a panoramic view that you would otherwise only see on postcards. It is only one minute by foot to the natural dunes of the Platja de Muro with its delightful footpaths and the azure Mediterranean sea. The house is in a traffic-reduced area, but not far from the center of town. It is two minutes by foot to the pedestrian district with its many shops and restaurants. Also two minutes away is the big Stone Pine forest, also under nature protection. It is an indescribable pleasure to walk in the summery heat in the shade of the Stone Pine trees and Rosemary bushes. A bus stop is nearby. The traffic accessibility of the town is very good in all directions. Approx. 35 minutes to the airport of the island. The medical care is very good. In Can Picafort there are several doctors who speak German and English. A private hospital is located in the Platja de Muro. Here there are also interpreters. Another big and modern state hospital was opened in Inca as well. Muro, Sta. Margalida, Sa Pobla and Alcudia are very close. Here you can find many farmer's markets. To Inca it is only approx. 18 kms. Here the biggest weekly market is held. However, if you have visited the farmer's market of Sa Pobla, you will not want to go to any other markets. These are a lot of small and big towns around Can Picafort with plenty to explore. There are also many fancy village parties in Can Picafort for your entertainment. The apartment itself is a corner apartment on the 2nd upper floor of the house with a balcony facing south and west. The hall is fitted out very spaciously with marble tiles. After entering the house, you are immediately in hall. To the right there is a door leading into the very bright living and dining room with its balcony door and two windows. Also, do not forget the open romantic fire-place. From the balcony there is a view of the beach and the sea. Swimming is possible in the morning in complete privacy without a bathrobe. Through the hall one can get to a very beautiful, modern furnished kitchen with unit furniture. From the kitchen you can enter the washer space which is currently used as a storeroom. A small storage area has been installed in the kitchen. Through the hall you can get to a guest toilet and bathroom as well as three bedrooms. All rooms have windows. The furniture is in a good condition and can be seen in the photos. Telephone and television connections exist of course. In the cellar there is a community garage and your own cellar space. Also important to note is the sunny terrace where one can laze undisturbed in the sun. A good mallorcan tan is guaranteed.
