This apartment is in the heart of Can Picafort, only approx. 35 meters from the beach and the yacht harbor.
Can Picafort is one of the most popular family holiday regions of Mallorca. Here, the beach is very flat and one can wade very far into the sea. This is a paradise for children.
If you stand on the beach, the view is unthinkably beautiful. On the right are the mountains of Arta, with their delightful footpaths. On the left are la Victoria and the mountains of Alcudia. Behind this, some of the Tramauntana mountains can be seen. In between, there is nothing but beach and sea. There is nothing comparable on Mallorca!
From the house it is not far to all amenities. The local shopping area is also easily attainable.
The weekly market can be reached on foot. Here there are fresh vegetables from local farmers and all other things that you find a farmers' markets.
Several protected areas begin immediately behind Can Picafort, for example, the nature dunes or the big Stone Pine forest. Here one can relax and enjoy the weather of Mallorca.
The medical care is good and better than in many of the northern EU countries.
State hospitals are located in Manacor and Inca, which are easily attainable on foot. A private hospital with a lot of German speaking doctors is settled in the neighbor municipality.
In Can Picafort itself there are many doctors that speak German or English.
The local gastronomy must be experienced and cannot simply be described.
The traffic accessibility is very good. You can get to the airport in approx. 35 minutes. It is just 15 minutes to Inca or Manacor and there are bigger cities in the surrounding area.
There are bus connections to all areas of the island. You can get to Palma on the public bus within an hour.
However, back to the apartment. It is located in the 1st upper floor of a two-family house. The view from the balcony looks out onto the street in front of the house with its Palm Tree alley. Here one can stand for hour people-watching.
The apartment consists of a living room with open kitchen and a bedroom, as well as a bathroom.
The floor consists of normal ceramic tile. The condition of the house is very good. However, the furniture is simple.
