Demonstration houses have already been constructed and can be visited. In the Polaris World Center in Spain you can see miniature models demonstrating an overhead view of the planned arrangement. You can get other helpful information upon inspection in the Resort Mar Menor.
There will be 5 golf courses with houses, terraced houses, apartments, and a town center providing many services and shopping facilities. Medical facilities will also be available.

| Region | The resorts lie approx. 100 kms southwest from the airport of Alicante in the region of Murcia. The university town, Murcia, has approx. 250.000, inhabitants. It is a very pleasing, clean city and lies approx. 60 kms away from the golf courses. This beautiful city, with its maintained city center, offers art monuments from the Christians and the Moors.
The golf resorts are approx. 5 to 10 kms from the inland sea Mar Menor, where people begin swimming in April. The Mar Menoris partially a protected nature zone, so you can see exotic animals, like flamingos. The inland sea has some accesses to the Mediterranean. Port Cartagena a Roman Amphietheater is dug out at the moment.
In the region of Murcia there are a lot of citrus plants and agricultural enterprises as well as sheep breeding. In the Hazienda El Riequem, in the direction of Murcia, there is a very canyonous region. This region is good for people who need something a little different than golf.
The region offers a multiplicity of possibilities, ranging from golf up to mountain biking, hiking, the sea and mountains. The yacht port, in the inland sea Mar Menor, is very nice and has remained protected. The beautiful city of Murcia offers many historic monuments. And don't forget, good, very reasonable, dinners and approx. 300 sunny days per year. There are also smaller cities with yacht bays in the nearby surroundings, in case you want some change. The flight to Munich from Alicante is only 2 hours. You will feel completely at home with the Mediterranean lifestyle. |
