The villa is only 30 minutes drive to Alicante International Airport with an excellent infrastructure already in place. The N332 and motorway is only minutes away. It’s difficult to specify the best feature of this villa, as it oozes with features, however the present owner truly enjoy the living room with its generous space and sea views.

Conclusion

This is a unique villa full of character and great value for the asking price. It is only 200 metres from the sea and has third line views. This is a villa where one can enjoy their leisure time without leaving the premises. Certainly this type of house does not come onto the market very often.
