Object description
It is a 3 1/2 floored multiple dwelling with 5 housing units. They were established in approx. 1910, and were extensively renovated in 2000/2001.

Outside:
The house facade is covered with granite on the first floor. The back of the house is covered in slate, and is a pleasant eye-catcher for the courtyard. The roof has been newely covered, and new copper channels and copper gutter-pipes have been attached to the existing drivepipe. The inner court is newely paved.
Heating:
A newely installed central hot water heater heats the house. It is fired with gas, and is from the company -Junkers-. There are plate radiators with thermostat valves installed in the houses. The supply of warm water takes place centrally with separate water meters for every house. The fire-place has a new flue pipe.
Window:
All house windows have been replaced with synthetic material double-glazed windows. The subdivision of the windows rest upon the original state of the building. All outside and inside windowsills have been replaced; for the most part with granite windowsills.
Doors:
All rooms, front doors and entry doors have been replaced with new ones, and yet suit the old building style.
Ceiling/Walls/Floors:
All floors are provided with step sound absorption. The floors of the wet areas, and kitchens are covered with high-quality tiles, and are therefore well supported.
The living area is finished with parquet, the bedrooms and children's rooms are laid out on the ground floor with parquet. The 1st and 2nd floors as well as in the attic are carpeted.
The inner walls in this old building are different strengths. They have been straightened for the most part by facing formwork.

This multiple dwelling is in a residential area, on a quiet side street (30 km/hr zone) in Duisburg Neumühl. The surrounding area is a cleanly populated area with a lot of green and soundly paved streets. A small supermarket is directly next door, and larger purchases can be made at the Hamborner old market. A weekly market also takes place here on Wednesdays and Saturdays. A kindergarden lies approx. 500 m away, and different school types like elementary or secondary schools lie approx. 1 km away.
The park Neumühl is only approximately 1 km. The public transportation system is available, and the next motorway network to the A59 is only approx. 1,9 kms away.
