Development / history: The historic building was documented earlier than 1783 and has been, since 1871, in the possession of the original family. It was originally a farmyard and then transformed into a hostel for coaches and travelers. It was later altered and used as a hotel / conference hotel. Because of the frequent use as a seminar house and the competence of the owners, the property is well-known as a meeting place in the region. In June, 2006, the building was divided spaciously into condos, 2 of which have already been sold. Investments in buildings and enclosures from 1191-2004: development of the barn, sanitations facilities and sauna area, block combined heat and power station. There are solar panels for power production. Modernization and preservation expenditures in 1991 - 2007: facade renewal, roof renewal, exterior arrangements, repairs / technical renewals / supplements.
