Stable description:
The stable is located on the town border in a secluded location in a beautiful small town (200 inhabitants) in Eifel.
The stable arrangement is built in a U form and consists of altogether 30 stalls. It was built in 1993.
The main stable has 20 luxurious stalls with a 4 m wide stable path. Every stall has a door with a V grid on the outside and 10 outdoor boxes. Fodder can be stored in the 8 X 20 m barn.
The enclosure includes 110.000 square meters, 25 ha of which is the property's private land (incl. 1000 square meters of fully-opened building land).
These surfaces are either sectioned off or directly nearby.
In order to give the horses some excersize we have a sandy racetrack and grass racetrack. This is one of the most beautiful riding areas of Germany and it naturally provides for free running and grazing in the fields.
