| This old brewery is set in one of the most beautiful places of the Bavarian Forest! The property was redeveloped in 1992 extensively and is well-suited as a representative place of business. During the reorganization the outside area in front of the building was also pleasantly reshaped. There are five passenger car parking spaces in front of the administration section of the building. There are other parking spots near the old brewing house.
The administration building was completely renovated to become a residential building and an office building. Approx. 400 square meters of living / effective area is distributed spaciously over three floors.
With the exception of the meeting space, the whole ground floor is laid out with parquet; the sanitary rooms are tiled. From the friendly small reception range, one can reach both offices and the tea kitchen and a stair leads into the upper floor. The bigger office has carpet and toilets and is fit to be a meeting space.
The 2nd floor and the attic are laid out with laminated floors. In both floors there is a bath, two big rooms and a small room. In the attic there is also central heating and a storeroom. This was originally designed to be a sauna from the previous owners. It is lined entirely with wood and has an air duct. A corresponding development could easily be managed. There is also a fire-place in the attic.
Both upper floors are used presently for small businesses and storage rooms, however both could be used as dwelling-houses without any problem.
Groundfloor and attic have been renovated. The 2nd floor still needs some small work (painting).
The ground floor of the former brew house was altered to be a pleasant bistro and could be used correspondingly as a restaurant. However, a possible bar approval is bound to the brewery.
The high area of the brew house is used at present as a warehouse. However, a proposal is present for the development of office blocks. According to information from the owners, no objections from the conservation of monuments and historic buildings authority are expected in this connection. A big skylight in the roof provides enough daylight.
The big vault cellars (formerly beer and ice warehouses) are not redeveloped yet. There is some humidity damage here. The upper floor still needs some work. |
