| This condo offers a delightful view of the Harz national park. The condo itself has about 40 square meters and has so many advantages that you should take a tour immediately! In the first upper floor there is an open seat with a fantastic view of Saint Andreasberg as far as Hans Kühne castle in the west and the bell tower in the south. You can enjoy the sunset here daily. The former small hotel was altered to become 13 condos. It has been consistenly renovated and modernized. All apartments were renovated completely in 1981 (inner walls, ceilings, floors, windows, sanitation, heating, balconies and staircase). The condo consists of an approx. 20 square meter living area with pantry kitchen, a bedroom and bath with tub which is tiled to the ceiling. The house is bright and friendly. The ceiling height is 2,70 m. The additional costs amount to 114 Euros per month with average use as a holiday apartment.
