On the ground floor foldaway beds have been installed. The houses are arranged spaciously and well. Regulars come gladly again and again to this idyllic, Südharz health resort to rest, walk, bike ride, or go skiing. Some customers also like to stay for extended periods of time. It's only about 1 hour by car to Hannover on the A7. There are 7 carports, and a big summer house in a meadow behind the main house, ideal for barbecueing. All houses are fitted out with bath, the whole condition of the property is very good. The houses are like new. The brick building lies on Dorfstrasse. Traffic cannot be heard. Naturally one can use the main house as a dwelling-house or rent to rent. |
