| This farm is in a quiet, central location in the middle of the Lech valley! The town is on mountain (1263m) in one of the romantic side valleys of the Lech valley. This traditional Tyrolean town has numerous travelling possibilities with a lot of Alpine flora. Already, directly around the house, there is a direct connection to the footpaths.

An elementary school and a high school are located in the town!!
The house was altered in 1992 and was renovated.
The whole left part of the house, up to the second floor, was renovated at this time. The right part was completely redeveloped. In the cellar, a central heating system was installed with combined heating. This means it can be heated with solid fuel and oil. The water boiler and the whole sanitation system were also renewed.
The guest rooms are fitted out with a kitchen / WC. There are new windows and doors in the whole house.
The roof was refinished in autumn, 1999, with insulation of 12 cm and double roof formwork. Additionally, a new exhaust system was added under the roof, and the whole roof was covered with Alpine stone.
In the garage a big door was inserted in 2006 (5,50 wide, 2, 50 high) with electric control.
For renting there are altogether 4 double bed rooms and 3 holiday apartments. The rooms used by the owners consist of 4 bedrooms, shower/WC/bath, office, kitchen, living room.
A part of this house is in the 1st upper floor (3 bedrooms, shower/WC/bath and office). This part could also be used as a holiday house, because a private entrance exists.
In summer the region is unique. The delightful Alpine flora will provide you with an unforgettable experience. Let yourself be enchanted by the mountain panorama!

This is a paradise for winter sportsmen thanks to the ski slopes in Berwangertal. There are challenging and pleasant slopes, offering something for everyone. Because of the altitude of 1263 m, snow is almost guaranteed!
