This big farm is partly renovated, but some works must still be done. The position is fantastic, easy reach to the beach and sea, lakes and wine-growing areas. Bordeaux in only half an hour.
The house is built from natural stone, with a new roof and 2 septic tanks. Some big annexes are actually used for hay, sheeps, the tractor and different tools.
The property of 6 hectares is situated behind the farm consisting of meadows and prairie and a big part of oaks forrest.

The house:
Entrance by glassed veranda (40m²) which is not isolated. Orientation east. Dining room with fire-place insert. A second dining room with kitchen (whole size 50m²) heated by a wood cooker. In a washing-room there is the freezer, washer and dryer, dishwasher and an old cooker (wood). Three small storerooms (including a wine cellar) complete this part of the house.
Outside is a summer kitchen with BBQ.
The boiler ('DeVille') and the hot water tank (200 liters) are in a separate room.
The ground floor is tiled. Farther you have a toilet, the bathroom and an other kitchen (gas cooker) + double sinks, a small living room of 20m² + 2 bedrooms (15 and 17m²). In the 1st floor a Mezzanine where you can realize a children's room.
Outside the paintings are to be done.
A second part of the house is actually rented, consisting of 20m² a small veranda (with double windows), a kitchen with boiler (also for warm water). Then a storeroom, a living room room of 18m², a bedroom of 10m² with linoleum floor, a hall, 2 bedrooms of 10 and 12m² and a bathroom with toilet.
In the big garden is a well and a summerhouse. A big barn of 300m² to renovate and the second hangar for sheeps, tools and hay.
Finally behind the house a kitchen garden and the bee's chest.
