Besides, are still available a granny annexe with 40 m ² and a separate apartment with bath. For the waste water a modern small purification plant exists which is guaranteed water supply by local water as well as by own fountain. The riding hall lies something apart with the edge of the forest and shows competitions. Altogether there are at present 13 boxes and 3 open stables for approx. 14 big horses on the enclosure, however more horses would be no problem. All open stables are safe from frost and have fastened Paddocks. The whole meadow surfaces are fenced in.
